Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire house and garden. There's a covered space for one car, storage room for bikes and plenty of space in the yard for 2-3 cars.
Other things to note
★ There is air conditioning in all the bedrooms.
★ Pets are welcome to stay for a €50 fee. Please note: pets are not allowed on the top floor due to the parquet flooring.
★Tourist tax: As per local regulations, a tourist tax is required to be paid in cash upon departure. This small fee (€1 per person per night for a max of 15 nights - children under 16 yrs do not pay) is not included in the Airbnb booking total and must be settled separately.
★ Guest registration: For legal registration purposes, I kindly ask all guests to provide a valid ID or passport prior to check-in. This is a mandatory requirement.

★ Gas heating is considered extra for weekly/monthly stays and will be paid according to usage after reading the gas meter (€1,50/m3).
